Kishore Saharia is a family man, a seasoned corporate executive, and an entrepreneur who has spent the better part of three decades building people, businesses, and belief systems. Married to his sweetheart Suhrita in 2000, he and his wife have been blessed with two remarkable daughters — Bhumika and Priyanka. Working from home while caring for his elderly parents has shaped a rare and deeply grounded family life.

His career began at the ground level as a tea taster, travelling across India, learning people, palettes and processes. That foundation shaped a 20+ year run as a dynamic corporate executive — including seven years as General Manager of an international network marketing company, where he came to understand an industry that had quietly created more first-generation entrepreneurs than almost any other.

At 42, Kishore made a decisive leap. He stepped away from a mid-six-figure corporate career to build a business of his own — one that gave him leverage, time and purpose. Within four months he had built a sizeable organization; within twelve months, his team generated over ₹100 million in sales. Today he is regarded as one of the most respected trainers in his industry.
